In this, the indigo yarns by rope dyeing are special order.

The fabric of the chambray shirt was woven by shuttle loom the speed of weaving is slower than other looms, however the feeling and the softness are unique.
The fabric of the denim shirt was woven by rapier loom slowly.
We weave them slowly due to the high number of picks and ends per inch makes the fabric so dense, and it makes tensed and swollen,
